HUD Qualifications

I am currently am managing 15 HUD new construction and rehabilitation projects ranging in projects $1,000,000 to $28,000,000. 
​I am very accomplished in reviewing plans and specs for construction, construction contracts, draw documents, and change orders, and all the HUD documentation throughout the construction process, writing reports on a monthly basis as well as closing out the completed project.
