PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 18 years of experience managing operations of multi family insured and capital advanced projects: analyzing construction drawings and specifications: examining construction properties to determine structural soundness, monitoring construction projects to ensure the quality meets contract agreements and communicating with customers, contractors, architects, and local government officials.
Very familiar with contract award documents such as specifications, bid & contract documents, pay requisition documents, escrow releases and change orders submitted by applicants for Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) projects and HUD's multifamily housing programs.
Perform site visits to observe and report all activities on the projects between the architects, contractors, and subcontractors to determine if they are following the plans & specs, construction remains on schedule and if not report why, determine the work completed against what is on the draw documents each month, on HUD projects perform wage and labor interviews, report any discrepancies or disputes between all parties, and make sure the project is in compliance with handicap accessibility laws and standards.
2020-2022 Financial Field Services, LLC Currently I have 15 projects under contract for Accessibility Consulting in the State of Georgia. I recently closed out 4 projects with Final Clearance Letters from Accessibility Consulting.
For 2022 I have 45 DCA Projects for 50% and 100% completion inspections to perform. I have under contract 5 monthly HOME projects that I monitor each month for DCA.
I currently have 15 HUD projects that I monitor on a monthly basis as well.
